



We cannot be responsible for pre-existing damages to your garments. This includes but is not limited to holes and tears, old stains, moth or insect damage, missing buttons, or garments that cannot with stand normal care procedures.


PRIORITY ORDER: We request that you set aside any items you need as EMERGENCY ITEMS such as clothes needed for work, school, church and or casual. These items will be processed and returned in approximately 48 hours, depending on severity of odor.
We will contact you when the EMERGENCY ITEMS are ready to schedule delivery.
Please remove any valuables from outside of clothing or inside pockets of clothing such as Money, Pins, or Broaches. Butlers Restoration Drycleaning is not responsible for items left attached to garments or left in pockets.
Separate out any items you do not wish to have restored.
Please note that unless otherwise instructed, all items will be processed following manufacturers suggested care labels. If no label is present we will determine best suitable procedures for processing. If there is any concern we will contact you prior to processing the item in question.
STORAGE: Once items are completed we will deliver to your temporary residence or store in our warehouse whichever is preferred.

A Work Authorization and Direction of Payment must be signed before we can begin work. If needed we will fax the form to your home or business for your signature.
