Butlers Restoration Drycleaning is owned and operated by Steve and Karen Butler. Steve has worked in the restoration drycleaning industry in the Phoenix area for over 25 years. Karen has over 20 years experience in marketing, administration and customer service. In 2003 Steve and Karen opened Butlers Restoration Drycleaning with the following mission statement:
 

"Exceptional Customer Service and Impeccable Quality at a FAIR price."

    We feel very strongly that adhering to this mission statement means the insured will be completely satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the items we return to them, the insurance company will pay a fair price for our services and total satisfaction is achieved. Since 2003 not only has Butlers Restoration Drycleaning grown from a 3500 sq. ft. facility with 2 employees to currently 6000 sq. ft. with 6 employees, we have also opened a location in Williams, Arizona. This location allows us to more readily service the northern part of the state. Today, we are available to service any part of Arizona.
 

    We are constantly striving to refine our procedures to not only improve the quality of our service but also to become more efficient in order to keep our costs down which ultimately allows us to keep our prices down. We feel that we are the best value for the insurance companies in Arizona.
 

    Recently we have aligned ourselves with a group of other restoration drycleaners called the North American Restoration Drycleaners (NARD). These businesses share the same ideas and principals we have, which is to produce the best product at the best price. It is our goal to be the insurance companies restoration drycleaner. We intend to develop the trust of all insurance company adjusters by becoming their allie for servicing their insured's. This trust will reach beyond making certain every insured is totally satisfied and the cost for our service is fair.

    We will also evaluate each loss to determine what items have been affected by the loss and clean only those items that need to be cleaned. The items that require cleaning will be done in the most cost minded way possible without sacrificing quality. this will help the insurance adjuster control the drycleaning cost of each claim. We are confident with this approach the insurance company adjusters will trust that we have both the insured's and the insurance companies best interests in mind and will have peace of mind when referring us on their losses.
